Robert K. Jenner brings more than 20 years of experience in successful litigation against some of the largest companies in the country, and has represented energy companies in well known cases. Mr. Jenner was honored by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America and was awarded the Wiedemann-Wysocki Medal for his commitment to the civil justice system and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. He has obtained the highest rating (AV) by his peers as reflected in Martindale-Hubbell. Recently, Mr. Jenner was honored by his peers by being inducted into the International Society of Barristers, one of the country’s most selective attorney honorary societies.

Mr. Jenner is a past President of the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association (MTLA) and currently sits on MTLA’s Executive Committee. He has previously chaired MTLA's Technology Committee, Marketing Committee, and its Education and Program Committee..

Mr. Jenner is also active with the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA), serving as one of MTLA's State Governors to ATLA. He currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees of ATLA's National College of Advocacy, and many other standing committees. He is Chair of ATLA's Publications Committee, which oversees the publication of TRIAL magazine, the nation's largest and most reputable magazine for trial lawyers. Mr. Jenner is also a past Chair of ATLA's Section on Toxic, Environmental and Pharmaceutical Torts. In addition, Mr. Jenner has formerly served as Chair of the Baycol Litigation Group, AIDS Litigation Group, Latex Toxicity Litigation Group, and HMO Litigation Group.

A prolific author, Mr. Jenner has written more than 23 articles published in nationally recognized legal and healthcare journals, including Regulatory Affairs Focus (July 1999); and "How to Attack Discovery Abuse," TRIAL (February 2002).

Mr. Jenner is also a frequent lecturer, having been invited to speak on medical-legal issues in 12 states, Canada, Puerto Rico, and Japan. Mr. Jenner has not only lectured for ATLA and MTLA, but also for the American Association of Blood Banks, American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants, the Washington Claim Association, the Legal Education Institute, the National Business Institute, and the Institute for Paralegal Education. In addition, Mr. Jenner has lectured to law students at all seven law schools in the Baltimore-Washington metropolitan area.

Mr. Jenner is a member of the bars of both Maryland and the District of Columbia, and is a member of the Trial Lawyers for Public Justice.
