Ken Sugg's Opinion Piece for The Examiner (Washington) "Lawsuits are ordinary
Americans' last resort" October 31, 2005

its "frivolous argument" linking the war on terrorism, American values
and lawsuits. In his opinion piece, Mr. Suggs says: "The Examiner has a frivolous

it is also the last resort for ordinary Americans to hold corporate CEOs accountable
when they put profits before human life." MORE
